Just when you think you're down and out...I got positive feedback at work today and next week I leave for vacation. I think it's going to be a good month. I think if I apply myself I can have growth. I think I get to decide what I want and that's very liberating. I don't aspire to be a girl boss the way it was popularized because it's toxic. I want work life balance. I want professional and intellectual growth and I don't really need recognition so long as I'm doing well and I'm well regarded.
